Getting started
The first step is is to call or e-mail us to schedule your first session, Free Introduction to CrossFit.

During your complimentary Intro session with one of our coaches, we discuss the CrossFit principles, learn a few exercises and let you experience one of our workouts. This also allows us to serve you better by getting to know your goals and expectations, fitness level, and previous experience. After your intro, we will discuss several options, based on your fitness and skill level assessment, that give you access to a variety of programs offered at CFATC.
**Please note that you must attend an intro session to enter
We believe in quality instruction, safety and effectiveness, inexperienced clients to CrossFit must complete an introductory class series. Client’s with previous CrossFit experience will be allowed to participate in group classes immediately.
Personal Training
Another option for new clients to prepare for group classes is through one-on-one personal training. This option is more expensive, however, it requires less time to complete and can be scheduled anytime. One-on-one clients are typically ready after just 5-8 sessions.
